- Planning to go see a physician. But before that, i need to sober up and refresh myself.
- I have lost my wife and kids unfortunately. I am mentally and physically depressed and drunk. My wife is sick and i should have protected her and now she is not safe alone. Urgently I need to look for an immediate physical assistance

- John presented to his physician with a complaint of worsening depression . He also complained of insomnia, loss of appetite and thoughts of guilt and suicide since his wife had kicked him out. Especially he was concerned because his wife Elizbeth had multiple solerosis, relies that she needs physical assistance and his opinion, that she should not be left alone.
- John also revealed to his physician that during an argument, he verbally threatened to harm her, then threw a large lamp at her (although he missed and di not actually hit her) she called the police and had him removed from home and told him she would soon be filing for divorce.
- The physician is using some thinking skills techniques on how to solve Johns issue by forming a solution. By using thinking hats, how can the problem be solved?
- Since you have been taking antidepressant medication for many years , you will be receiving ongoing psychotherapy from a clinical social worker. And also you will be attending Alcoholic Anonymous meetings
