  • it affects 6 different system in your body including immune, digestive, cardiovascular, nervous and urinary system.
  • So according to some of our tests you are being diagnosed with anxiety.
  • for your respiratory system you might struggle with shortness of breath, hyperventilation and chest tightness

  • lastly, anxiety affects the urinary system because when your anxious the muscles in your bladder and abdomen tense up and puts pressure on these areas in your body. this pressure may cause you to urinate more often. you may feel physically tires from all these anxiety systems which may lead to more frequent urination.
  • Anxiety is a mental disorder the can cause intense, excessive, and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations
  • if you continue to feel anxious and stress that lasts a long time, you immune system never gets the signal to return to normal functioning. it can weaken your immunity leaving you more vulnerable to viral infections.
  • when it comes to your digestive system, everyone's body reacts differently for some it will slow down digestion causing bloating, pain, and constipation while others it speeds it up causing frequent trips to the bathroom
  • Anxiety also weakens the connections between amygdala and the prefrontal cortex in your nervous system.
