- Ohh ok..So what is now the resulting product of the given expressions?
- Let me show you on how to solve this problem: Simplify 1/sq rt of 3 . What you will do first is to get rid of the radical sign in the denominator. To do this, we are going to rationalize the given expression by multiplying both the numerator and denominator by square root of 3. In this way, the radicand of our denominator becomes a perfect square number.
- The resulting product is....sq. rt of 3/sq rt of 9. Then, it can still be simplified further...So it becomes....sq. rt of 3/ 3. And this is now the final answer. Isn't it simple?
