Coach, the outside of my knee feels weird. It hurts when I run and I feel this weird clicking.

I'm going to refer you to a physical therapist. I believe they will be able to help you. Until then, ease up on the running. If the pain becomes too much, your mom can give you some ibuprofen
Well Stacey, after examining your knee and looking at the MRI results, it looks like you have Iliotibial band syndrome.
It's rather common in runners like you with all that repetitive motion. Your IT Band rubs over the side of your knee on your femoral epicondyle and becomes inflamed.

Your running form looks great so I don't think that's what is causing you pain.
I'm going to teach you some exercises to help strengthen your glute and leg muscles. As well as some stretches. Hopefully this will alleviate your pain
