Did you know that the Circulatory System can also be called the Cardiovascular system.
I've been learning about science lately
Interesting! Tell me about what you learning.
Good Question. The exchange of oxygen takes place in the Alveoli.
The Alveoli are small air sacs where the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide take place. Capillaries are blood vessels in the walls of the Alveoli. Blood passes through the capillaries entering through the Pulmonary Artery and leaving through the Pulmonary veins.
OK. Now let me tell you about the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
Where does the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide take place?
The red blood cells pick up oxygen in the lungs. Blood travels away from the heart and lungs through the arteries.
Did you know that red blood cells make circuits?
No, tell me about it.
Two red blood cells fell in love...
OK let me tell you a science joke I picked up then I got to go
alas it was all in VEIN
Haha, now finish your lesson.
And the blood vessels which carry blood and lymph through the body
The Circulatory system contains the heart which pumps blood throughout the body, the blood which transports oxygen from the lungs to the cells of the body
