- Charles was brought to court by armed soldiers. There were meant to be 135 judges but only 67 turned up
- Charles Stuart King of England waged a war against Parliament. He renewed the war again. He is thus responsible for all the deaths and damage during these wars. This leaves him a tyrant traitor and murderer of England.
- I want to know by what authority, Lawful, i am called here. Remember i am your lawful king. I have a trust committed to me by god. I will betray it to answer a new un-lawful authority
- Seventy judges appeared on the second day. At one point, Charles and Bradshaw appeared to argue with each other
