- Supergirl notices the population spiking and asks Green Lantern how they are going to control it before it gets out of hand. They start brainstorming.
- Supergirl: We could build factories... cable cars... OMG! A SKYSCRAPER! I'll get some crew on it right now.Green Lantern: Great Idea! It'll separate people and less land in the city will be used up.
- Great! Get started!

- How Urbanization Affects Us Today:
- Around the 1800-1900's, the population in American cities grew drastically. The population growth and industrial expansion caused life in America to be tiresome. There were issues with sanitation, air pollution, excessive noise, and traffic jams. However, factories were created to provide people with jobs; The technological advancements such as mass transit systems, skyscrapers, and even expansion of suburbs helped contribute to aiding the problem of high populations in urban cities.
- What Actually Happened:
- The city has started to clear since the invention of skyscrapers courtesy of Supergirl. Green Lantern has an idea of expanding the people's living spaces into the suburban area. He grabs some workers and heads over to build some houses.
- Wow, one house down. So many more to go!
- Thanks to the wonderful Supergirl and Green Lantern's ideas and initiative, the town has been saved! Skyscrapers are now being built and many people are starting to move to rural areas. Supergirl and Green Lantern save the day! And the city.

- Urbanization has affected today's society in many ways. One example is in San Francisco. It is well known that San Francisco is one of the most densely populated places in the Bay Area. The way San Francisco keeps its population under control are the countless skyscrapers holding offices for their residents to work. There are trains that run to help workers travel from place to place, and trolleys that are still efficiently running. Not only are the metros and trolleys tourists attractions, they do actually help the city thrive in their naturally high paced, population dense environment.
