- I hope he becomes a king
- I predict that your son will either be a king or a religious leader.
- Siddhartha Gautama, a Hindu prince, was born in nepel in 563 b.c. His father meets a fortune teller who says that he would either be a king or religious leader. Obviously, his father wanted him to be king.
- As a young man, Siddartha grew up in luxury. His guards would make sure he would never see sick people. He married and had a son.
- One day he went out without his guards. He saw a man that was crippled, a man with a can eventually and a man who has died. After, he leaves Siddartha lives in the forest and wears scratchy clothes.
- He had nothing to eat as an aesthetic. He becomes very weak and faints. Then a milkmaid offers Saddartha milk and rice. The aesthetics abandon him.
- Sadartha meditates under a fig tree for forty nine days. Then after, Mara attacks him with rains and shots of rocks. Lastly, he becomes Budha.
- Buddha freed himself from the cycle of rebirth. He attracted followers and teaches others what he learned.
