- Mental health is the capacity of every individual to think, feel and act in ways that enhance their ability to enjoy life and deal with challenges.

- It is analogous to physical health. Our physical health deals with the absence of physical ailments and how well your body functions while our mental health deals with our mind and emotional wellness
- Definitely, mental illnesses refer to diseases or any infirmity that causes an impediment person in meeting human demands comfortably function within a culture...
- Wait, is mental health different from mental illness?
- ..To explain it better, every time you contract any viral infection that's a physical illness. Similarly, whenever you feel jittery or low for longer periods that trouble your daily functioning that's mental illness. Mental illnesses, across different cultures is referred as cold of brain.
- Mental health on the other hand is mental capital. Mental illness affects your mental health and causes impediment to it.
