You haven't been participating as much in class these days, are you doing okay?
Amelia’s mom begins to notice her grades are dropping and asks Amelia why. Amelia explains that she feels tired all the time and she’s exhausted from keeping up with her grades. Amelia’s mom suggests that she should talk to someone, but she rejects the offer and says she’ll be fine as she should keep up the image of a perfect student.

However, nothing changes in her academic life. In fact, her social life has also been affected. She begins losing motivation to keep up with her friends and her family. She starts eating family dinner in her room alone and declines offers from her friends to hang out. Even her room has been messier than it's ever been.
After a while, her concerned friend, Andy, reaches out to her and asks her if anything is wrong. Amelia can't keep everything to herself anymore so she spills everything to Andy.
Amelia gets a huge burden lifted off of her chest, and she realizes it isn't bad to confide in someone. Slowly, she starts to edge her way back to a more stable life.
