It's so late, and I didn't even shower yet! I'm so stressed, and I don't understand this material! I'm going to fail!

No! I was too busy stressing. Is it that bad?
While I'm at it, I should probably shower, brush my teeth, and wear deodorant so that my hygiene is good too.
Well, do something you enjoy—listen to music, go on a run, draw, paint, take deep breaths. They all help.
So what do I do to stop being stressed?!
Well, I have some advice for you. Tests are really important, but so is your health. It won't get you anywhere stressing all day.

I also showered frequently, put on deodorant, brushed my teeth thoroughly twice every day, and did other important things for hygiene. I feel healthy!

Nick's advice was great! It's so pretty out here, and I love walking. It makes me feel less stressed and lets me calm down.
This is much better than being stressed and upset!
