The ethnic makeup in Peru consists of mostly Mestizos, with Amerindian as the 2nd largest. The current population of Peru is about 34 million people.
- Hola. I'm a Spanish Speaking woman. Why do I speak spanish. I speak spanish because Spanish is the most popular language spoken in Peru, with 84% of Peru's population speaking it. 13% of the Peruvian population speaks Quechua, while only 2% speaks Aymara.
