You need to stop comparing yourself to others. The more you compare, the more scared you'll be to play like you are playing now. In the 4 levels of happiness, you would be stuck on stage 2.

Yes, there are 4 levels of happiness. The feeling you have leads me to believe you're on stage 2, achievement. You're glad that you're doing well, but always comparing other teams and players to yourself. You are always looking over your shoulder at what might happen. That isn't good.
But if I'm not always worried about the other team, then how will I be prepared? Nobody will remember this game, only the next.
How about you stop comparing yourself and only think in the present. This feeling of happiness isn't good, obviously by the way you are stressing out. You also will only be happy about this win for another day or so. You have to stop your comparing and staying in this stage.
