- I thought I was dieing at this moment, that it was over for me. I coulden't breath, my colour was fading away, I would die drowning. Suddednly my eyes closed and my mind went black...
- I woke up on the concrete, coughing up water, feeling bewildered. Then I saw Johnny towering over me, looking as green as algae.
- *cough*, *cough*, huh? Johnny?
- I think I am going to be sick... *groan*
- Po-nyboy... I killed him, I killed Bob. I had to, you were going to die and they were going to slice me up with their knife. I had no choice... I killed someone..Oh no,what am I going to do!?
- And there was Bob, layng lifeless with his hazlenut eyes sealed shut, unresponsive. Johnny too shook to move was standing like a statue , seeming lifeless yet not. Everything came to me, it was sureal, Johnny killed Bob. Oh crap.
- JOHNNY! What are we supposed to do? Bob is dead, there is no way out of this, Were going to jail for life, I'll never be able to see Soda again!
- The rest of the bunch ran after seeing Bob, their scared out of their socks Ponyboy. No one will come at us again, right?
- Im scared Johnny, were in deep trouble now...
- We need Darry, he will know what to do. He's been through all kinds of issues!
- Calm Down! Ponyboy we have to flee, the police will catch us in no time!
- We need materials. A gun, money, we wont survive if we dont have a plan!
- Yeah, Buck Merril a buddy of his is hosting a party, Dally would be there. Lets go there.
- Where would Dally be? Didn't he mention a party tonight?
