- Your honor The Board of Education of Topeka is not letting me go to school and that's a violation of the 14th amendment. I want to sue the school for that. If they want to be separated from us at least let us have equal right or we will have to break the made up segregation laws .
- Order in the court
- Your honor we have told them to stay in their own lane and in their own schools so we have a reason to retaliate. THey keep breaking those rule for some reason and we don't know why
- Your honor they threw stones and sticks and screaming at my daughter to leave, they even threw her off the bus for riding it. Lots of black people take the buses anyway so why would they make it harder on us.
- Not good enough reasoning to explain you stripped them of their rights. The constitution gives freedom to everyone I see this as absurd that you would do this. Also you don't make the rules so this is stupid.
- Good enough reasoning to do so. Let's hear from the other side the defendant.

- The hereby declare the defendant guilty and they will be sued as for what they did if the family chooses to drop the charges they can so i would apologize for what you had done. Court dismissed!
