Dustin Pedroia, born August 17, 1983 was born to a humble down to earth hard working family. His parents Guy and Debbie made sure Dustin and his Brother had all they needed. Dustin loved baseball and his earliest memories was a bat in his hand a glove by his side.

As Dustin Pedroia got older he didn't grow much in size but his skill proceeded to progress. Many colleges overlooked him and didn't give him a chance. Pat Murphy head coach at Arizona State was one of the few to give him a scholarship. They were hesitant but Dustin Proved them right and did great at ASU.

Dustin was drafted by the Red Sox in the second round with the 65th pick overall. The Red Sox organization was very happy with what Dustin had done at Arizona State
Resolution
After a couple years in the minor leagues and Dustin having to move different places every year. He finally got the call up to the Big Leagues. He was going to Boston, to officially be a Red Sock!
After taking Rookie of the year in 2007 Dustin strived for bigger and better things. After a slow start he eventually turned it up and became the 2008 American League MVP.
During Dustin Pedroia's MVP season, the Red Sox also won the world series. Dustin's whole family was at the game watching him finish of a remarkable season.
