- I know this one! Scientists figured out that due to global warming, the North Atlantic current is moving too slowly and might collapse later on. For now, the slow moving murrent is causing heatwaves and rises in sea levels

- If the Current were to collapse, most of Europe would experience blistering cold winters like they've never seen before, along with parts of the US. The collapse could also lead to raised sea levels and the disruptions of seasonal monsoon
- Along with this, if the North Atlantic Current collapses, it will severely affect the climate of Western Europe. The warm waters keep this part of Europe from having the same temperature during winter as Canada. If it collapses, Western Europe will be on the same temperature scale as Canada
