  • John leaves the house to buy some bread. He gets a notification on his phone as he leaves his yard.
  • Ding!
  • Verisure detects John is the last to leave and offers to arm his home.
  • We noticed you stopped walking, but aren't home yet. We just wanted to make sure you're ok.

  • I'm ok. I was just talking with a friend.
  • Verisure also offers to start Walk With Me. John sets a timer for 20 minutes.

  • Verisure detects a fall & the chatbot asks if John's ok. When the chatbot was not answered, an agent takes over the chat and calls John's mobile. With still no response, the agent taps into the phone's camera and microphone.
  • We detected a fall. Are you ok?
  • We tried calling you, but you didn't answer. We're worried about you.
  • We're going to try to see if you're ok through your phone camera and microphone.
  • The Verisure agent hears John asking for help.
  • I need help! I can't reach my phone. No one is around.
  • After receiving confirmation John needs help, the Verisure agent calls 112, and provides location, medical information and other needed information.
  • We have heard that you need help. We have called 112 and given them your location and critical details of the situation.
  • Help is on the way. An ambulance will be there in 5 minutes.
