Physical Wellness is the ability to keep your body healthy through exercise, a healthy diet, and a good mental state.
Eg: Running a few times a week.
A SMART goal is a goal you make that is S-specific, M-measurable, A-achievable, R-realistic, and T-time-related.
Eg: I want to have 0 preventable tardies by the end of the school year.

I will run every other day to prepare for my marathon.
In module 3 , I learned how to access health and fitness.
Types of Training: Cardio, Resistance, Flexbilility.
Cardio: improves the body's ability to carry blood and oxygen to other parts of the body.
Resistance: improves muscle fitness.
Flexibility: improves range of motion.
I learned that health and fitness is accessed by weight, RHR, BP, BMI, and a few other things.
