I will defend my country!

Alexander the greats father(King Philip) was the first to rule, he defended his country before taking over other countries until he died. Where Alexander the great took over

After his Fathers death, Alexander went to Destroy Thebes and enslave Athenian people. He used this so the rest of Greece would not try and revolt and so they could just let him take over.

Thebes and Alexander the great army

Alexander the great then went to take on Persia. He knew how big their army was but he was confident and won. He then went to cut a rope that said whoever cut it would be the king of Egypt. This gave him even more confidence to keep fighting

We surrender!

The Egyptians seen Persia defeat, and they surrendered without a fight.

Alexander the great and his soldiers were supposed to return home. But they could not and stopped at Babylon. Where he died

NOOOOOOO!

*dies*

After that, nobody knew who had Alexander's power. SO one king ruled Syria, once ruled Egypt and the other ruled Greece.

This started the Hellenistic age with heavily influenced Greek ideas

GREECE! GREECE! WE LOVE GREEK!
