- This board represents reaction formation. This means switching unacceptable impulses into opposites. In this case, I am being mean to my crush because I do not want to show that I actually like him. The crush is the unacceptable feeling and the opposite is me calling him annoying.

- I wish I had that relationship with my daughter.
- This panel shows birth order in my family. Naturally, the youngest child, my sister, is treated with favoritism over me, the oldest, and my other sister, the middle. She always gets special treatment which is represented by birth order. It is stereotypical that the youngest is the favorite while the oldest needs to be the more responsible and the middle is "forgotten".

- This panel represents the spotlight effect. I typically think that people think my presentation is bad and I am doing bad when I present up front when usually people don't pay attention and I don't end up getting a bad grade. The spotlight affect is when you think that everyone is paying attention to what you're doing but they actually aren't watching you.

- This panel is womb envy. The mother has a stronger connection because she nursed and cared for the daughter which makes the father jealous that he does not have that connection with their daughter. I have not had this experience but this panel shows womb envy.
- This panel shows neuroticism. I can be a pretty neurotic person and especially in social situations when I don't know everyone it can make me uncomfortable and cause me anxiety. Neuroticism is the trait that causes irritability and anger and anxiety. This panel shows me anxious in a new situation with new people.

The collective unconscious The mother is given the archetype as a is a common reservoir of images derived from our species’ universal experiencesnurturer and someone that is caring. This panel shows my mother being caring to me when I cry and being understanding and nurturing.
