Activity Overview

Labeling a map is an important skill for geography. Students should be able to identify places, landforms, and more that make up a country or continent. In this activity, students will label a map worksheet with locations, resources, and geographical features. Teachers can include the blank image of the country or place along with specific locations in the word bank for students to find and label.

While the template provided relates to Australia, teachers can check out our map worksheet templates for more ideas of other locations or add their own map of choice!
