- Yes, hello. I'm the estate agent, Clarissa. The house is right behind us. Come on.
- Wow, the exterior seems so luxurious! I would like to ask a few questions. How many rooms are there?
- How well is the house furnished? Also, how far is it to the nearest bus station?
- Well, there's quite a few rooms. A kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!
- It sure is miss! We allow all kinds of pets in the houses we sell!
- The nearest bus station is not so far away! It takes around 5 to 10 minutes to get there on foot. And, as for the furnishing, you can judge it while we go around the house!
- That's great! Oh, I've got another question. It'll be the last one for now. Is the house suitable for a cat?
- Wow, the sofa is so comfortable! and the view on the park opposite of this building is amazing!
- It sure is! The house is kept in quite a modern, but old school style so it's suitable for all!Why don't we head to the kitchen?
