Seems like we under estimated these employees, they are taking further steps against us.
Yho!It's worse we are not ready for a court case, but we have to deal with because we can not meet their demands.
It seems like they are not willing to respond to us anytime soon. Hence we have to take things to CCMA and let it deal with this legally.
Our trade union organizer will negotiate for us in labour court, he will be along with our shop steward.

We as employees we demand that the company increases our wage with 7%, because we struggling to leave with this small salary yet the company is making huge profits.
Our employees as SACTU have been striving for this wage increase and the company kept on declining their request, this has been ongoing since two years back, it is enough now!..As an arbitrator and after considering both sides, I came to a decision that employees must receive 5.5% wage increase.

This whole process has costed us, but now things are back to normal, hence we need to make sure production runs smoothly and fast.

During strike, employees need to make sure that their strike is legal, in addition they have to make sure they are not vandalizing properties to avoid being arrested and fired at work.
