- As she begins to get closer to the tiny scream she could just make out where is was coming from
- screechscreechscreech
- it was coming from a small clearing amongst the trees there she found what seemed to be an echidna who had no spikes being attacked by an eagle.
- yeah i'm fine thanks for saving me
- Magpie had to think fast she knew that the eagle was much bigger and stronger than her and also had the advantage of flying ,but she was able to do something that not many other birds can do and that is mimic the song of many other bids including the eagle.
- yeah, i'm actually going there now to look for a place to stay would you like me to show you the way
- it was hard work but magpie managed to lure the eagle away from the eagle using her singing making sure there was enough time for them to get away.
- Once Magpie was sure that the eagle was gone she slowly approached the Echidna
- Hey are you ok ?
- Magpie and Echidna both begin the long journey back to Dog and the riverbank
- thats fine, by any chance would you know how to get back to the riverbank
