  • We must get ready for a potential strike because we are not being heard. A vote on the strike will be held
  • I'll let management and the employer know and ask for a meeting
  • We want to be heard, and i believe that going on strike will encourage them to do so.
  • The workers are preparing for a strike I think its time
  • They will not actual do it, they have work to do
  • Becuase the emploer was given numerous opportunities to speak with and brief the staff on important issues . The trade union had to get ready in case there was a srtike. Voting was conducted bt the trade union organizer so that members may decide whether or not to strike.
  • Everything will work out once we work out the budget
  • We have heard that many times we dont want to hear stories anymore we want action
  • Most of the employees wanted the company to pay attention to their demands and make significant canges since they were tired of not being heard. Almost every worker cast a vote in favour of the strike.

  • In order to demonstrate seriousness and ensure that that workers requests are realized, the trade union organizer scheduked a meeting to negotiate with the employer and management before the 30 days mark. The employees were still not satisfied with the employers and managers response and justifications.
  • Due to the employers unwilingness to make a suitable settlement, the union and its representatives began plannig a walkout.
  • the emploers attention was immediately captured when the employees all rose together and went on strike. Employer and Management were working deligently to find a workable solution while the employees were on strike.
