In order to demonstrate seriousness and ensure that that workers requests are realized, the trade union organizer scheduked a meeting to negotiate with the employer and management before the 30 days mark. The employees were still not satisfied with the employers and managers response and justifications.
Due to the employers unwilingness to make a suitable settlement, the union and its representatives began plannig a walkout.
the emploers attention was immediately captured when the employees all rose together and went on strike. Employer and Management were working deligently to find a workable solution while the employees were on strike.
