- Here in Hartford we go to school to school at UCONN, in our state capital
- Over the course of the last couple of decades, our state capital has been filled with litter, and crime.
- While the definite cause of this is uncertain, a place it can stem from is lack of parent figures and Morale.
- Hartford is the staple of our state. It is the state capital, hosts games for the back to back NCAA National Champion UConn Huskies, and once had it's own NHL team.
- Through proper parenting we can further teach the next generation about maintaining community
- But throughout recent history companies have left, our NHL team has left, and Hartford has come to be synonymous with crime and litter. Being voted last year as one of the worst-run cities in the U.S.
- While the definite causes for our problems in Hartford. Some of the major ones are crime and litter. Which can stem from lack of accountability and maturity from the lack of parent figures.
- By proper communication and accountability we can make Hartford a nice place to live.
