- young Judy Tarver going to school and forgetting that she left the house to go to school. When she was going she was thinking that mist kids aren't going so she asked herself if she's ready to go.
- they left school at lunch and met up with the kids from miles collage. They thought that they wouldn't get arrested for going to the shopping center and parading. After a little while the principle called for the police and the police called Birmingham and they were taken away.
- When Judy and the others went to Birmingham she was 17 so she couldn't do the finger print sign in at the front. Then Martin Luthor King came and talked with them out the gate .
- when they got off the but to go in the prison it was raining and muddy and her white dress got muddy. She wore a white dress because her school seniors wore then for the first of may until graduation.
- Everyone that was brought by the bus was going to have to go back on the bus because the prison was full.
- they were taken to a amusement park because of the full jail. The police took them to what she describes as an insane asialism large empty room with mattress floor.
