- I checked my patient's chart after getting the endorsement, made the necessary preparations, and am now going around to my assigned patient.
- Hello Red! I had shortness of breath earlier but I was already relieved.
- Yes of course, thank you Red.
- Good morning Sir! I am Red, your attending student nurse for today. How are you feeling right now sir? :)
- That's great to hear! Will you be okay with me taking your VS throughout the day and plus taking care of your needs, sir?
