- Stormy Weather! Time for prayer! Save me God!
- Praise the Lord I have been saved!
- My life is forever devoted to God and the church
- Son, I want you to become someone important in the government.
- Nooooo!!! You have become a disappointment.
- I am sorry but I want to be a priest.
- But dad, I want to become a priest. .
- Walking home I found myself stuck in a crazy storm!
- I began to pray. God was there for me. He listened to me when no one else would. I am forever his!
- Why are they looking at me like that?
- New priest in town. Now we will be forced to give more money!
- Martin Luther's father was very disappointed that his son chose to be a priest instead of someone important in the government.
- As Martin Luther spends time learning about the bible, Father at the church decides he is going to send him to Rome where he can study abroad. He sent Martin Luther to Rome.
- As Martin Luther spent time in Rome he came to learn that the people were forced to give money to the chruch. They had to "Pay for their sins." Martin Luther knew this was wrong and was going to fix it!
- Martin Luther wrote the Ninety Five Thesis in 1517. This teaches that a person is still required to have his grave sins absolved, through the sacrament of confession. Not by giving money to the church!
