- In the past we were headed down a dark path. One where the environment was exploited and not saved for future generations.
- Stop
- Stop Danger
- Business, and sales went up
- As the environments health declined, concern for protecting it went up.
- With research came an understanding of the damage we were causing the environment.
- It became good to care
- Then a plateau was reached. Technology advances stalled, and our reliance on non-renewable resources continues.
- With that understanding came change. We cleaned up some of our ways, started teaching about the affects we have on the environment, and passed laws protecting it from further harm.
- Those damages shifted from the nations that demand them, to the nations poor enough not to be able to refuse the little money offered. Exploitations removed from the consumers sight.
- A level of greed never seen arose. Consumers demand for instant cheap goods, drove a machine to make it.
- We will find the better path,
- If we choose to educate and inform,
- That lets us all enjoy the environment.
