- Hello my old Friend. I have favor, I need you to check up on my friend Mr. Smiley who used to live near you
- Hello good ol sir, are you familiar with a man called Mr. Smiley?
- Do I know him! Haha. That o'l fella was the craziest gambler in the whole town!!
- Sit down. Do I have a story to tell you!
- He would bet everything and everyone! Always underdogs. He had a orphan little girl who he trained go up against the toughest fighters! Name was Rascal. She would always win by hitting the men where it hurts and would not stop till they couldn't stand.
- Throughout the fights she would be battered, this is where the other lads would double or even triple their bets with the strong male fighter. All of the sudden she would been that man down and win the fight! Whenever money got involved she was a different fighter. Somethin alway's clicked!
- However Mr. smiley's rascal finally met her match. Twas a day Nancy harnessed another female fighter. She couldn't use her previous tactic and looked at Mr. Smiley almost to say "I give up!" There were no places Nancy could hit the same she hit the men. She was badly beaten and died in the ring.
- Mr. Smiley also trained a Weiner dog. Twas the fattest and only had tree legs! Mr. Smiley loved that dog and was his prized winner. He won every 10m race. He was the fastest dog in the whole Calaveras County. Mr. Smiley would bet anybody his dog would win, and every time, surely enough he did. Record was about 50-0 until he met a strange man from out of town.
- Well, Smiley kept the beast in a little cage and would go through town looking to place a bet. He came across this strange who wondered what the dog was for. Mr. Smiley told him it was a racing dog. He bet $100 that strong man that his champion dog could beat any dog the stranger chose as a competitor. The strange man however didn't have a dog. He told this to Smiley who said "If you'll hold my box a minute I'll go to the pound and fetch you one"
- Smiley took off the collar and was shocked at the weight of it. He new the stranger cheated him. His response? Ran off and chased the man! HAHA good ol Smiley
- The ol stranger however, when Mr. Smiley retrieved him a dog, switched the color of Smiley's champion dog with one of the weight of 50 pounds! When Smiley returned he gave the stranger a golden retriever and on the count of 3 the men set their dogs and let them race. As the race started the retriever raced to the finish line and by the time the strangers dog got there. Smiley's dog only moved a couple feet. Angerly Smily handed over the $100 dollars. He went to his dog and was wondering what happened.
