- Uta-napishti Tells Gilgamesh the Story of the Flood
- Gilgamesh was wandering around outside the walls of Uruk in the plains. he Reloved to find Uta-Nipishti and he enters the mountain pass alone
- Gilgamesh speaks to the shade of Enkinu
- Gilgamesh longs to find Uta-Nipishti And he talks to the tavern Keeper And tells him he wants to cross the sea. He says that only shamash the sun god has ever crossed that sea. He Is told it is Deadly but he goes anyway because he is the king of Uruk.
- uta-napishti Challenges Gilgamesh to stay awake for a whole week. He falls asleep in the first day and he realizes that he is still Man.
- Gligamesh talks to What is Really just the Ghost of Enkidu. Enkidu cannot talk about the underworld or Gilgamesh will weep and Enkidu can see all of the deaths.
