The Lady Or The Tiger?
Storyboard Text
- There once was a semi-barbaric king, whom had a punishment based purely on luck. The punishment involved the suspect choosing of of two doors, one door containing a beautiful maiden they'd marry on the spot, and the other containing a tiger that would maul them on the spot.
- The daughter of the king, the princess, falls in love handsome youth. But unfortunately, the said youth is a FILTHY, DIRTY, UNROYAL, COMMONER, and when the king found out about this relationship, he was very not happy, and sentenced the youth to the colosseum.
- The king, being the semi-barbaric person he is, chooses the worst tiger in the kingdom, and as for the lady, he chooses a very beautiful maiden who is actually the princess's rival, making the outcomes of the punishment unfavorable for both the princess and the youth.
- Once the day of the punishment has arrived, the youth is in the arena, bowing before the king. He looks into the princess's eyes, and with them he asks, "Which one?", and the princess points to the right.
- The man goes to the right door, and slowly, he opens it.
- The lady choose the door with the lady. Because though she may never find another one like him, she doesn't think that a person should lose their life because of love. Though it may break her heart, she will live in peace knowing that the man she loved is still alive.
