- Hi! I am Haotian, I almost finished my MGT164 in UCSD. Now I want to talk about some things I taking away from this course learning journey.
- I learned how to lead my team in the future. The main thing to lead someone is let them respect me, in order to achieve this goal, I have to do the same thing respect them too.
- I can feel Haotian is caring about me!
- In my future career, if they feel I am respecting them, they will like me to be their leader, and we can work as a team very well.
- I believe Haotian can lead our team well!
- Jump out of my comfort zone is also a important thing I learned from this course. I have to try to get myself stronger and stronger, try to do something I afraid to do.
- Get out of my comfort zone can help me improve very fast! It is so value for me in order to be a better man and make my life better such as faster get promotion or earn more money.
- Stakeholder is a new word I learned from this course, and it gives me a brand new way for what should I care about if I operate a company.
