- Greg's dad won't let Greg play basketball because he has bad grades, so he has to study and then escapes to a run-down apartment.
- FALLING ACTION
- Greg meets Lemon Brown, but Lemon Brown thinks he's a bad guy trying to take his "treasure". Greg eventually says he's just getting shelter from the rain, and Lemon Brown says "Don't you got a home", but Greg doesn't want to go home since he has to study then they see three neighborhood thugs trying to take Lemon Brown's treasure.
- RESOLUTION
- The thugs go into the house looking for Lemon Brown's "treasure", and while climbing the stairs lemon brown throws himself down the stairs tracking the kids and then they leave in fear running away. Greg asks what is the treasure, and Lemon Brown shows a harmonica and news paperclipping
- Lemon brown tells him why the harmonica is important because it's his dead sons.
- After Lemon Brown's story the rain slows down until it stops now Greg goes home with a smile on his face ready for the punishment his dad will give.
