add ingridients to a blender- 1 cup, of frozen berries - 1 cup, of frozen mango- 1/2 cup, of greek yoghurt- 1/4 cup strawberries - 1tablespoon of chia seeds - 1tablespoon of rolled oats - 1tablespoon of coconut
make sure to be careful around hot and sharp objects and ask a trusted adult for guidence. these objects may include of knifes, blades, stove, oven.
blending process
blend for 30 seconds then stir (repeat)
after cleaning your hands and surfaces prepare your food . wash and chop fruit into small pieces. get out other ingredients and follow measurements.
