- One day three best friends, Sloan, Jane, and May, were having an altercation about what they were going to do on their Friday night. The girls were sitting in Jane's room, who was notorious for her organization skills. Finally the girls decided to watch the baseball game while seeing the view of the Empire State building.

- The girls had faced a lot of traffic while driving to the Empire State building, so they had to deviate. As the girls came to the top of the building they realized that it started to storm. The way the sky looked was indelible just like May's countenance as she looked at the sky. The storm was the weirdest and most horrible storm ever. Then out of nowhere the girls got Jane had snow flurries on her body, May got struck by lightning, and Sloan got drenched in water. The girls felt vehement afterwards and passed out.

- The girls each woke up in a hotel room as if they had the resilience to feel better the night before. As the girls looked to see where they were they realized the hotel was in the vicinity of the Empire State building. The girls felt odd, so they decided to walk around the hotel. As they walked around snow was following Jane, water was following Sloan, and lightning was following May. The girls speculated that they had super powers, but they didn't know how they got them. or when.
