After multiple years, i decided to tell my parents
i tried to go on with regular day with a few changes like.. getting more sleep, going on runs, eating healthier. BUt it didn't do anything to my body i was still nervous as heck around people.
after the tricks weren't working, i tried therapy..
it really did help in the end
