so i didn't try, i was quiet and didn't bother having any interactions because of being scared of everything.

i was scared of of a lot "regular" things, like being hit with a ball when crossing the football field..

or getting laughed at for saying something wrong in class. also just standing in front of a crowd of people gives me the jitters.

..this happens all the time, when i'm a school, restaurants when i'm everywhere. I think of this..

After multiple years, i decided to tell my parents

I decided I wanted to tell some of my classmates..



i tried to go on with regular day with a few changes like.. getting more sleep, going on runs, eating healthier. BUt it didn't do anything to my body i was still nervous as heck around people.

after the tricks weren't working, i tried therapy..

it was hard but after a while

it really did help in the end

I finally was confident.
