Coyote vs. Duck
Storyboard Text
- Coyote has a sick daughter. He is worried and believes that Duck has done something against his child to make her sick. This made him determined to bring harm to Duck.
- He decided he would meet Duck at a certain place. Coyote then ordered that Duck should run to a certain point with his eyes closed, and he did. When he opened them again, he found himself on the edge of a cliff. There was no way out for him.
- Coyote took Duck's wife and children, whom he treated badly.
- Duck constantly tried to get out of the cave, without success. At last Bat camped nearby, and when he went to hunt rabbits, his children could hear someone crying.
- Once Bat returned to the cave, he finally found Duck. He asked, "who's there?" and Duck says "I'm Duck." Bat asked how he got there. Duck told him about how Coyote tricked him and locked him in there.
- Duck told Bat the entire story of what happened. Bat said "throw yourself down." Duck was afraid to try. Bat told him, "Throw a small rock." Duck did and Bat caught it on his back. He said "That is exactly the way I will catch you. You will not be hurt."
