Diagnosis
Staining results: Observe the glass slide under microscopic. Shows some of the red blood cells infected with Plasmodium falciparum.Staining: The specimen is stained with Giemsa staining to give a dinstinctive apprearance by the parasites.Culture: Thick and thin blood smear on a glass slideTransportation: Patient’s blood sample is collected in a gold blood tube, writes the details of the patient on the tube and placed it in a sealed orange biohazard labeled specimen bag.Sample: Blood specimen of the patient must be collected
Treatment
Example Chloroquine and Artemisinin phosphate drugs is the preferred treatment for any parasite that is sensitive to the drug
Prevention
Its normal mosquitoes breed in stagnant water, let's block mosquito breeding grounds from now on. Hope we all understand about malaria and can eradicate it well in the future
