Hey guys! What's up? What are we doing today?
Yeah, lets just look up for something new and challenging!
I think we'll look up for some books so that we can do some extra practice.
Amy, Josh, and Chris are three Calculus students and are in the same class. Their Calculus class is about to end and later they would be meeting in the library as planned. (Note: They are very much into learning new stuff and always look forward to challenges and try to solve them out of curiosity.)
Hey, look its like a video game or something. I think we should take it to home and maybe try playing.
Josh, what did you find? Chris, come here Josh found something.
Josh and Chris are waiting for Amy to come. They decided to meet in the library after class to find to do some extra practice in Calculus.
Shall we look into it and may be play?
Yeah, it looks fun to me. It looks like an adventurous game to me.
Amy finally arrives and now they decide to look for some extra material from the library to do some research and practice.
Like how it happens in Jumanji? How are we supposed to get out of it?
Umm... Amy, I think we are in the game.
Oh My God! Where are we? How did we end up in a forest?
As they start looking for some extra material, Josh finds a video game called 'Mathmanji'. However, they decide to take it home.
They finally arrive at Chris's home and decide to play the game. They chose a multiplayer mode and as soon as they hit the start button, a green light beam comes from the game, and a hole appears from which they directly get into the game.
They end up being stuck in the game. They soon realize that they need to play this game in order to get out of it.
Here they decide to finally play the game. They figure out how to play it by looking at the levels menu that appears as a screen in the air. They are now playing level 1.
Here, Amy manages to cross the broken pathway of the land by explaining the land is discontinuous here by thinking of what they learned in Calculus. This is because the land doesn't connect from the left to the right. However, they manage to use the rope in order to be on the right side of the land.
After they finish the first level, they end up in another location which is level 2. They figure out there is a jump discontinuity in this scene. Then they cross it by jumping as the points are on different heights.
Oh my god, we're finally back home. It was so much fun!
In level three, they figure out that there is a removable discontinuity here and the pieces of land in the air have a different height than the pieces on the ground. They manage to cross it after identifying the type of discontinuity.
In the final level, they think since the mountain is very high almost to infinity. It is an infinite discontinuity. There is no escape and in order to get out of here, they have to scream 'MATHMANJI' altogether, out loud just how players do in Jumanji, adds Josh. They do so and soon a green hole appears.
After some time, they find themselves back in the real world as they have successfully finished all the levels and are now back home. They talk about how Calculus Concepts helped them to play the game and get out of it. THE END!
