- Hi! I am Amare. I live and go to PSMS 20 in the Bronx. I am originally from Ohio. I have a large family with 16 siblings. I am in 7th grade. I have many strengths. I participate in many activities such as student council, I am an honors student who gets to invited to many many trips and I am apositive influence to others. I try to get other students to follow in my foot steps because I set a good example. I saved a few of my friends from going to the dark side. Ms. Pazmino says I bring the light to her class. I am also in afterschool. I love school.
- In school I have a lot of friends. I always follow directions and help whenever I can. My goal is to make it into an ICT class. Two of my friends were transferred and I think that I am fully capable. My teachers believe in my as well. Teachers can support me by being respectful and listening to me. Sometimes they need to slow down how they explain the materials. I also like when teachers break learning material down so that I dont be overwhelmed. I also like hearing how good I do. It makes me want to do more.
- One thing about me is that I am a really good student. I love school and doing my work. My teachers always give me 90's so I am on the student council team. I am also the voice for my class and advocate for change. At these meetings myself and other Student Council Students sometimes meet the superintendent and sit with the principal to discuss issues in our school. For example, we talk about solutions to help sith cutting.
