- A story about how Claire protected herself from consumer exploitation
- Claire went to a mall to shop for some clothes for herself.
- She went to the reception for the billing process. Everything she bought were at a really high price. She started bargaining, after a long time the cashier gave her a little discount.
- The shopping is done. Let's go back home.
- The next day, she went back to the mall with an angry face on because everything she bought were in their worst situation. She asked for refund but they refused to refund the money.
- How can you sell such products with high prices.
- I am sorry mam but we dont's refund or take the goods sold.
- You need to give me a refund,or else i'll have to take legal actions.
- She filed a complaint against them in the suggestion of local consumer protection council. They had a court trial and after listening to both the parties the judge announced that he would have to the money to her and its the last warning for him.
