- All the officials and employees are required to undergo Drug test.
- How can we do that Mayor?
- It will be shoulderedby my office.

- Yes of course there is sanction and due process.
- How about the due process mayor if they were positve ?
- They will face administrative and criminal proceeding. also, they will be sent to rehabilitation center. They can only return to service ones done and they were able to comply.

- Scene 5: At Barangay Abung
- You're positive counselor in the drug test you need to come with me, and you will face sanctions and administrative cases.
