The Montague and Capulet families are feuding and recently clashed again. If there are any clashes, the Prince of Verona, who is in charge of maintaining the peace, proclaims that the heads of the houses will be killed.
I will marry your daughter.
Romeo, a Montague, and Juliet, a Capulet, meet and kiss at a ball held by the Capulets. Romeo isn't supposed to be there, and Tybalt, Juliet's cousin, notices him and vows vengeance.
Romeo sneaks into the Capulet orchard to see Juliet, and the two proclaim their love and promise to marry and live together. Romeo and Juliet secretly marry with the help of Juliet's nurse and Friar Laurence.
In Verona, another brawl breaks out, and Tybalt kills Romeo's companion, Mercutio. After Mercutio's death, Romeo killed Tybalt after attempting to halt the fight. Because of what he has done, the prince exiles Romeo from Verona. The news of Tybalt's death and Romeo's expulsion has devastated Juliet. Juliet is forced to marry a man named Paris, despite the fact that she is already married.
Friar Laurence gives Juliet a potion that allows her to seem dead and avoid having to marry again. After he sends Romeo a message describing the plan, Juliet takes the pill. Her body was carried to the family graveyard.
Friar Laurence's note about the potion is not received by Romeo, and he assumes Juliet is truly dead. After purchasing poison, he returns to Verona.
