- After my last appointment, my doctor thought that there might have been something wrong with me. After some blood work, she sent me to another doctor. I went to the doctor to check what was wrong with me. I went with my mom to go see Dr.L.
- Climax
- She starts to ak me questions. Asking if I felt like there was somthing strange going on with me.
- Falling Action
- She starts to tell me about things she has noticed that may be a part of the problem. She tells me about how she has noticed my dark neck and how I am a little overweight
- Resolution
- Then She finally tells me that I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and am also pre diabetic. She then tells me how I can solve these problems by fixing my diet and to keep exercising.
- I took what the doctor said and ran with it making sure I did what I needed to do. I began my journey by eating healthier. I also started to realize that when becoming older I had more responsibility. I had to take more care of myself and watch myself more.
- That is how I am here today back in Dr. L's office after telling me that I have done a good job at overcoming my pre-diabetic. She told me that I should be good for now and will have a few appointments to check up on me. But I still need to watch out for my PCOS because even though it stopped it never goes away
