I can't add any nucleotides onto the ladder, there must be an error! We need someone who we can fix this!

Error AnalysisThe DNA strands aren't parallel because of the lagging strand. We cannot add nucleotides in a 5 to 3 direction, because the lagging strand is going in the opposite direction.
