- Class today we will be visiting DNA replication center and learn about how two daughter cells are created in the synthesis phase of the cell cycle.

- WIth the help of the students, DNA polymerase was able to attach the nucleotides
- Kids, let's help DNA polymerase pair up the nitrogeneous bases Adenine to Thymine, and Cytosine to Guanine
- I can't add any nucleotides onto the ladder, there must be an error! We need someone who we can fix this!
- But then, a lagging error occured
- Let's go find some help!
- Error AnalysisThe DNA strands aren't parallel because of the lagging strand. We cannot add nucleotides in a 5 to 3 direction, because the lagging strand is going in the opposite direction.
