I was driving over the bridge on my way to work and saw the view. I decided that work can wait because a view like this only comes a couple times a year.
I like to take these opportunities because it makes me feel so small and insignificant compared to the universe.
Lea? Aren't you supposed to be at work? What are you doing here?
Of course! Teaching others individuality is something I think is really important especially in modern times. If you ever want to do this again you know where to find me.
The universe is so much bigger than us and whatever our problem is. Remember that we are just one small part of that universe and so is our problem. Doing this will make you able to see the bigger picture and be objective.
That was really out of the box Lea, thank you for taking the time to talk with me.
Take the time to appreciate what's around us. Close your eyes and use your other senses to tune in to your surroundings. By doing this your are able to tap into your inner thoughts. Being aware of your thoughts and actions. If you ever start to feel overwhelmed or out of control try to get outside to connect with nature and take deep breaths while listening to your other senses.
This is super calming. I am definitely going to do this again.
