- I believe that the status of pluto to be of a dwarf planet because it did not meet the three criteria the Iau uses to define a full-sized planet

- Pluto is a celestial body that is in orbit around the sun, has sufficient mass to overcome body forces, but does not have the dominant gravitational body in their orbit around the sun. so technically pluto is not a planet
